CAD Design
We specialize in professional lighting design primarily for the hospitality and luxury sectors, but also for the large scale commercial production. We offer custom projects of unique, decorative lighting, as well as furnishings for both interior and outdoor applications.
LED PCB Design
We design and manufacture custom LED PCB modules for numerous lighting applications. In our work we use newest lighting technologies like OLed panels, COB LED modules and lasers.
Lighting Control Systems
We cooperate with the leading producers of LED lighting control equipment to provide best functionality for our designs. We offer numerous solutions for smart wireless controllers and intelligent home systems.
Laser Cutting & CNC Milling
We offer sheet metal cutting with CO2 laser and waterjet. We also perform 3D laser cutting of pipes and profiles, as well as milling and turning parts on multi-axis CNC machining centers.
Bending, Rolling, Stamping
We perform precise sheet metal bending on a press brakes, sheet metal rolling and processing of pipes, or profiles on a CNC bending machines.
TIG & MIG/MAG Welding
We weld black steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals using TIG and MIG/MAG methods. We are able to connect metals by spot welding, and in the case of very complex details also by laser welding.
Extruding & Casting
We are able to make parts in the process of lost wax casting and sand castings, as well as make a permanent casting molds and profile extrusion dies designs for larger scale parts production.
Painting, Galvanizing, Anodizing
We make powder coatings in a wide range of colors from RAL, NCS and PANTEON palettes, with different gloss levels, as well as structural powder coatings with special effects. We offer as well aluminium anodizing and metal galvanization processes.
Woodworking
Our offer includes all types of woodworking processes, such as multi-axis CNC milling, wood turning, CNC joinery machining, steam wood bending, wood lamination and paint, or oil finishing.
Glass & Ceramic
We can offer custom glass casting, glass fusing, handmade glass, or stained glass parts for all lighting applications, as well as handmade and hand painted ceramic fixtures.
Stone & Concrete
We offer stone waterjet cutting, CNC machining, grinding and polishing as well as silicone mold concrete casting with fiber-reinforcement and decorative architectural concrete finish.
Plastics & Resins
For many of our projects we use special PMMA or PC plastic diffusers to reduce LED glare effect. We can easy CNC milling, laser cutting, thermoforming and chemical bonding those materials into right shape. We also offer epoxy resin casting as well as carbon fiber parts fabrication.
Textiles, Fabrics & Leather
We cooperate with the finest professional sewing companies in our region to provide best textiles, fabrics and leather solutions for our projects.
Rapid Prototyping
We have learned from many cases how important is to provide customers with samples, or working prototypes before finalizing the main order. That's why we offer rapid prototyping to give customers a better experience working with us.
Global Delivery
We offer delivery of our products to the customers from all over the world. We have regular shipments to the customers from Poland, Germany and the Netherlands. By prior arrangement we also provide delivery with our own means all over the EU. For other regions we use sea freight, or air cargo shipping.
